AGB
Scope
All products and services are subject to the GTC of RG Watches & Jewelry GmbH. For business transactions and delivery, the present GTC are applied. Deviating general terms and conditions are not recognized unless RG Watches & Jewelry GmbH agrees to them expressly and in writing.
All items offered on this webshop (watches / jewelry / art / bags / writing instruments) are hereinafter referred to as product (s).
1 – uhrenkauf-auf-raten.ch is operated by RG Watches & Jewelry GmbH with its registered office in Pfäffikon/SZ. RG Watches & Jewelry GmbH is hereinafter referred to as the seller.
2 - Right of return
There is a right of return of 10 days should the wrong product have been delivered or if the product does not correspond to the condition advertised on the website. In this case, the seller must be notified in writing within 48 hours from receipt of the product.
All returns must be enrolled to be received by:

For rings (jewelry) ordered in individual size, the right of return is excluded.
The right of return is also excluded in case of pickup at our offices or at the artist.
3 - Shipping / Collection
We ship with Swiss Post, insured, express and registered. The shipping is free of charge.
The collection of our products is also possible in our offices in Pfäffikon/SZ. Art can also be picked up directly from the artist depending on the product.
4 - Delivery times
In stock means that the item is available in Pfäffikon/SZ. The delivery times stated in the advertisements are indicative and may vary.
5 - Warranty
You will receive the respective manufacturer's warranty on watches, jewelry and writing instruments, this applies only to products that are brand new. On products of these categories which are "as new" the RG Watches & Jewelry GmbH takes over the guarantee. The warranty period can be found in the corresponding advertisements.
Not covered by the warranty granted:
- Damage caused by improper use
- Wear and aging processes due to the use of the product
- Damage after intervention by unauthorized third parties
There is generally no warranty claim on bags and art.
6 - Financing
By applying for financing, the client authorizes RG Watches & Jewelry GmbH to pass on the data provided in full to the financing partner. bob Finance, branch of Valora Switzerland AG to be transmitted electronically.

The financing partner decides whether financing is approved.
The customer signs the corresponding contract with him/her. The GTC`s and the provisions of the financing partner apply.
7 – RG Watches & Jewelry GmbH commits to transfer all payment information related to his business electronically into the Payment Database of CRIF. Negative payment information has to be delivered at least weekly, positive payment information at least monthly. RG Watches & Jewelry GmbH commits not deliver this data to any other credit bureau. Both parties commit themselves to respect the Swiss Data Protection Law and in particularly to principles of recognisability, data correctness and commensurability. CRIF AG can use the transferred data also after cancellation of this contract.
8 – Direct purchase
In case of direct purchase you transfer the amount to our bank account. After that the item will be ordered and/or shipped.
9 - Data protection
RG Watches & Jewelry GmbH makes every effort to process customer data carefully and to comply with the provisions of data protection. RG Watches & Jewelry GmbH uses personal data to process and fulfill the products offered in accordance with the contract and the law and to maintain the customer relationship. For marketing purposes, the data is stored in compliance with all possible security standards. The customer can have his/her data deleted at any time. The notification must be made in writing, preferably by email info@uhrenkauf-auf-raten.ch.
